Is Ziosk a POS system?
No, Ziosk is designed to work as an extension of your existing POS and payment systems, so you don’t have to overhaul your tech stack.
Will Ziosk integrate with my existing POS and other platforms?
Ziosk integrates with major POS platforms including Aloha, Oracle, Micros, Positouch, Rezku and Xpient. We're also compatible with payment gateways and processors like Fiserv/First Data, WorldPay, TSYS, Chase, Shift4 and FreedomPay. For loyalty, we partner with Punchh and Paytronix. Will it be difficult for my team to learn how to use Ziosk?

Is Ziosk a payment processor?

How much does Ziosk cost?
Every Ziosk experience is customized to your unique needs, which means costs vary for each partner. Please contact us to get a custom quote tailored to your specifications and existing systems.
How are tips calculated on the Ziosk?
Tips are calculated at the restaurant's discretion. Generally, they are set to calculate before any discounts are applied and after taxes are added. This means that if an item is removed or comped from your bill, or you use any rewards or points, that item or items are still included in the tip calculation. We take pride in making sure our calculations are accurate, and each guest has a great experience. If you have any questions or concerns about our tip calculation, please contact us.
Are payments on Ziosk processed as Card Present (CP) or Card Not Present (CNP)?
All Ziosk payments are processed as Card Present (CP), unlike QR codes and other online processors. This creates a 60-basis point improvement over Card Not Present (CNP) rates, and also offers chargeback protection.
